In this project the owner cede the land and the tenant ship with all costs of design, construction, annotation in the office of notes (plant, lives up, documentation of the competent bodies and logging in the office of records of buildings and municipal) building under their needs and leaving the building as a heritage for the owner of the land after the lease contract signed by time.

The Miguel Properties was the pioneer in these projects, leasing, as the first leasing style that was made 15 years ago in the street Gov Pedro de Toledo, where the owner sold the land and the tenant built his shop. This date until today, we already have many projects in Piracicaba,.
